From the onset, communication was great, including detailed instructions on finding the studio, what to wear/bring. Reeta was very warm and welcoming upon arrival. The studio space is calm & tranquil, with lovely candles, comfortable meditation mats, aromatherapy, and incense. Just a beautiful energy from the space itself. We started with a guided meditation and breath exercise which relaxed the mind and prepared the body for the sound bath. Reeta chose specific singing bowls and gongs based on guidance she received during an earlier meditation, so the experience was catered to the souls and energy of those attending the session. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Several in the group commented how they had never attended anything like this before, but how wonderful of an experience it had been. I felt the healing throughout my body, soul & heartspace. I will be booking again. Simply an incredible, inspirational and wonderful experience all around for both those familiar with this type of spiritual healing, and those less familiar, but seeking the relaxation and self care it brings.
