I carefully select each singing bowl; my selection is always based on resonance quality; the outcome must be as ‘pure’ as possible. This characteristic is necessary to generate the immersive sound tones that serve as the basis for all of my sound therapy programmes. Singing bowls are used in traditional sound therapy as part of my stress-reduction programmes. This centuries-old method enhances my holistic approach by using vibrations to support relaxation and well-being.
